A: Leagally, automakers cannot specify which brand of parts are used to complete your vehicle's service.

Q: What do I have to do to keep my car or truck's warranty in effect?
A: Make sure your vehicle is serviced at the intervals specified in your owner's manual or warranty booklet and keep clear records of your vehicle's maintenance. Be sure to have the date, parts intalled, vehicle identification number and mileage recorded on the invoice. Keep these receipts in a safe place. If you have a service log in your owner's manula or warranty booklet, use it.

Q: My car si a leased vehicle. Am I responsible for maintenance?
A: Even if you lease a vehicle you are responsible for all maintnenace and repairs to keep the vehicle in good working order as outlined in the owner's manual.

A: This information can be found in your owner's manual. It will list what serivces are due by mileage or time. We also have access to what services or due on what vehicles and use this information when we are servicing your vehicle.

Q: How does the qulaity of aftermarket parts compare with the original equipment parts?
A: Some aftermarket parts are manufactured by the same supplier and may even be warranted longer then original equiptment parts. The aftermarket parts that Precision Automotive uses meet or exceed manufacturers specifications.
